Dealer Shipping Information and Timelines

  • Order processing is typically done within 24–48 hours.
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $500+ (before tax & shipping) *
  • Most orders ship in 1–2 business days.
  • Cut-off time for expedited shipping requests is 12pm Eastern Time. Orders received before 12pm are processed the same day; otherwise, they will be processed the next business day.
  • Depending on carrier, continental U.S. shipments will take 3–10 business days.
  • Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and Military APOs: 7–14 business days.

*Possible exceptions apply for large, heavy, or oversized items.

Drop-Ship Information and Timelines

  • Orders drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer’s warehouse are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Cut-off time for expedited shipping requests on drop-ship orders is 12pm Eastern Time. Orders received before 12pm are processed the same day; otherwise, they will be processed the next business day.

Distributor and International Shipping Information

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges (regardless of order value).
  • Buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or other taxes.
  • We cannot collect duties, VAT, or taxes and pass them through to the buyer.
  • Shipping to a U.S. freight forwarder usually takes 3–10 business days.
  • Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and Military APOs: 7–14 business days.
  • International shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

Other Important Notes

  • Orders placed after hours, on holidays, or weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.
  • No UPS deliveries on weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Oversized/Heavy items may have extra shipping charges—if so, we will contact you.
  • All shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
